| Description of the problem | Several diagnostic codes referred to oxygen sensor problems that caused the check engine light to go on and off on multiple occasions which eventually lead to the vehicle misfiring, which lead to multiple diagnostic codes and loss of power, unburned fuel, and stalling. It was learned that the manufacturer put the wrong oxygen sensor on the vehicle, oxygen sensors were installed with incorrect parts which could cause engine to lose power or stall, increasing the risk of a crash or fire due to unburned fuel from one or more cylinder misfire. |
