Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2004 jeep grand cherokee. While driving about 25 mph toward a green light to make a right turn, the vehicle then shut off. The vehicle lost all power therefore the driver could not make a right turn and the vehicle continued driving nt straight ahead. The failure caused the contact to crash head on into another vehicle. The driver attempted to apply pressure to the brakes to avoid the crash. The driver took her vehicle to the dealer to be repaired. The driver also paid $500 and the dealer only changed the spark plugs and stated that they could not find anything else wrong with the vehicle.
