Description of the problem	During winter months, heat shuts off and turns cold. This happened during a snowstorm and i could not defrost the windshield. I consider this a serious safety issue. I had to stop engine, wait 5 minutes and start engine again. This has happened every time the car is driven. In the summer months, the reverse happens. Suddenly, the air conditioner suddenly throws out hot air.
