| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2004 jeep grand cherokee. When the contact started the vehicle, she noticed that all of the interior lighting illuminated. When she turned off the lights, all of the illuminated equipment failed, including the power windows and locks. The failure prevents the contact from viewing the instrument panel, which makes it impossible to view the speedometer and fuel gauge while driving at night. The vehicle has not been inspected or repaired. The contact called the manufacturer and was informed that no compensation would be offered because there were no recalls. The failure mileage was 92,000 and current mileage was 100,000. |
