Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2004 jeep grand cherokee. The contact stated that the seat belt and the air bag warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was serviced under nhtsa campaign number: 15v673000 (air bags) but the remedy failed to repair the vehicle. The contact mentioned that the seat belt and air bag warning lights remained illuminated after the recall repair. The contact stated that while driving at low speeds through a parking lot, she swerved from hitting a dog and crashed into the concert bottom portion of a light post. The air bags failed to deploy. The contact sustained injuries to both shoulders, neck and back as well as the front passenger sustained injuries to her neck and both shoulders which both needed medical attention.
