Description of the problem	I received a recall notice in the mail for my vehicle. It stated the parts are not available as of yet. I waited a full year, called the scranton dodge dealer near me, and still no parts available. I then made an appointment in the summer of 2016, only for them to tell me they will call me back when the parts come in. In january, i called scranton dodge again, once again telling me no parts are available. Out of frustration i called a chrysler dealership that is 40 minutes away. They said they had the parts. I dropped my vehicle off, and waited four days with no courtesy call. After being told to call back two times, i finally got a hold of the service manager. He told me he doesn't have all the parts and would have to order more. Why did they tell me they had the parts when they really didn't? Why didn't i receive a call the first day it was there letting me know? Why cant i get this dangerous recall repaired? After all the wasted time and fuel, which included my wives car as well, nothing was done. That dealership was tony domiano chrysler, where i will never return again. How long till i can get this recall repaired?
