Description of the problem	Steering wheel locks up while driving. Safely stopping the vehicle, turning the vehicle off, and then restarting the vehicle resets and unlocks the steering wheel. This has occurred 4 times now, today being the 4th since we bought the vehicle in july 2019. Today's steering wheel lockup presented an error on the dash: "dynamic steering wheel service required". Previous events occurred in september and august of 2019, but without error display.
