| Description of the problem | New jeep wouldn't start with 1700 miles on it. Failure light came on dashboard. While on the road car dashboard said" failure, vehicle will shut off , go to a safe place" it died and at least i made it to a parking lot. Terrifying experience! Had to have it towed to dealer. I have had it one month. Dealership said it may be an oil module problem that is recurring and it will keep happening! So much for buying a "safe" new car. I am disgusted. They told me to report it to chrysler. They see this happening a lot! Why not inform consumers before purchase? I am afraid to even get it back. I don't want to drive it. |
