Description of the problem	I've been getting this car serviced every 2-3 months for the same issue since i first leased it in july 2018. I've been saying it's a transmission issue, i get ignored. My car has stopped working in the middle of the road and highways for the entirety of my lease, it happened again on 3/1/2020 and the service department finally took it in. After almost a week of not touching it, they finally took a look at it and confirmed that it was the transmission. They now don't know how long it's going to take to fix and they want to charge me out-of-pocket for a rental car to use until they decide to fix it. This was a brand new vehicle that left the lot with 0 miles on it, i had to go through a recall and countless moments where i was scared to drive it, and no one batted an eyelash. This dealership is rude and careless, they just want to make money off of people. I should not be paying for a leased vehicle that is clearly damaged. This last time that it happened, i was going 35mph on a local road and thank goodness there wasn't many drivers around and no accidents occured.
