Description of the problem	The 2. 4 l engine in this car has oil consumption issue. Fca negated all prior tests they did and say i must start over and test every 1500 miles,not every 2000. They dont want to replace the lousy engines. Car shuts off on road when oil gets too low. Very dangerous! They say just have it towed to dealership when engine dies. Card has been towed there 3 times so far for malfunctions in engine. They want to put a lock on oil filter and demand only they do oil changes or consumer is responsible for new engine. Any recourse?
