Description of the problem	The vehicle has 1700 miles and stalled again while driving. Took 15 min for it to start back up. The first time with 300 miles the dealership said the batteries were bad. bf consumer vehicle stalled twice and was towed. The first was due to primary and auxillary failing and primary battery terminal was not secured to the lead. Both batteries were replaced. The second time it stalled was due to starter and alternator cables at the battery fuse blocked overtightened which caused damaged to battery positive terminal. Fuse bloc was replaced also during both incidents, steering wheel was inorperable.jb
