| Description of the problem | When making left or right turns, it goes into 4wd. Doesn't matter if you're on the roadway or turning into a parking spot or even backing up. Feels like something grabbing in either the front or back can't really tell. Makes grinding noise. Took back to the dealer twice now and they also say it was the 4wd that they can't fix anything because jeep knows about the problem and we have to wait for jeep to do a recall. It gets worse every day. They say they can not give us a paper because of waiting on the recall. Only had this car for 3 months and nobody wants to fix the problem. |
