Description of the problem	Sirius travel link/uconnect system installed in fca's 8. 4" nav infortainment screen comes with a 5 year trial of sirius travel link which access the national weather service alert system, and as a result the driver is bombarded with numerous weather alerts for the region - they are very distracting pop-up windows which must be manually dismissed, requiring driver to look away from the road and take a hand off the wheel to "x" out of each one on the touch screen. These alerts pop up many times during a single short trip depending on the weather, sometimes as many as 15 in a short 10 minute drive, and includes counties over a hundred miles away. There is no way to disable them in the radio. It is impossible to get rid of the service - we tried cancelling our sirius subscription entirely but the weather alerts have continued. We have experienced a number of instances where the radio has caused us to not see things while driving because we were looking at the screen to turn off the alerts. These alerts are numerous, frequent, and horribly annoying, and very distracting. There has to be a way for the user to disable these notifications.
