Description of the problem	Owners manual shows reversed polarity on battery terminals in the jump starting procedure section. Chrysler has a recall (t46) out for the corrected manual for vehicles built through april 28, 2017, my car was built on april 29, 2017 and has the incorrect manual but chrysler refuses to provide a correct one, saying i'm not part of the recall.
