Description of the problem	The ess system activated when i stopped for a red light. When the light changed and i let go the break, the engine sputtered and the emergency break turned itself on, the wheel became very stiff and the breaks became very hard to press, cause me to roll forward when i tried stopping. The only way i could regain full control was to restart the car while i was in the middle of an intersection.
