| Description of the problem | The jeep will randomly downshift so hard it will make a terrible sound while throwing all passengers forward. It also has done this shifting up as well but is more likely to do it while downshifting. Has already been brought to the dealership and was given a transmission update electronically but things were just as bad the day after i left the dealership so i can assume that the updates are not effective to handle this. From how hard it shifts it sounds like something is going to snap. |
