Description of the problem	2017 jeep compass. Consumer writes in regards to brakes locking up while driving. as the consumer stated the vehicle experienced various electrical issues including the back up camera remaining on at all times, the locks were inoperable, the vehicle would not operate while the key fob in the vehicle, the vehicle would start and shut off with the radio still on and can shift, but not move, and the vehicle would randomly not communicate with the key fob. Also, the emergency brake automatically turned off, there was hesitation in the shifting, and the vehicle would inadvertently brake while reversing or driving forward. js
