| Description of the problem | Purchased first defective vehicle on 9-29-17, received replacement on 10-7-17, discovered the dash lights would not dim at night. The dealership has been holding the car waiting for a solution from chrysler ever since. They were scheduled to replace the defective module on 11-22-17 but issued the recall on 11-21-17. I still have not been given a repair date on a new vehicle that i have owned for 2 months and had at home but for 12 days. |
