| Description of the problem | I had a safety issue with my 2017 jeep compass that i am currently leasing. The car would stop and shut down on its own without warning or any lights turning on. It had to do with the parking brake as well. When i brought it to the north haven, ct dealership to get fixed, they said they were unable to fix it and had to contact chrysler. Chrysler told them what to do. The dealership did as told and it resolved the issue--something about the battery. When i was informed about what happened, i asked why there was no warning or check engine light going off alerting me that something was not right. The person at the dealership said |
