Description of the problem | After coming to complete stop, car engine shuts off due to start/stop system. When releasing break car cannot start back up, all lights turn on, emergency break is automatically enabled and stalls. I have to put the car in park, turn off (even though engine is not running) and turn back on and remove the emergency break before i can accelerate. This has happened on busy intersections and is a big safety hazard. I have taken vehicle to dealership and they stated the battery was bad. Battery was replaced but the issue is now more frequent. |
