Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2017 jeep compass. While driving approximately 45 mph, the vehicle stalled without warning. The power steering, brakes, and all electrical and mechanical functions failed to operate. The contact was able to restart the vehicle after approximately four attempts. The vehicle was taken to atlantic dodge chrysler jeep ram (located at 2330 us-1, st, augustine, fl 32086, (904) 797-4383) where it was diagnosed that there may be bad fuel in the vehicle. The vehicle was refueled; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer for another diagnostic test. The contact was informed that the oil was below the minimum oil level. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 14,000. tt consumer stated that the oil be checked once a week by the dealer. Consumer stated there are no warnings or warnign lights to indicate the problem client is checking the oil consistently 1 quart low for every 2000 miles.jb
