Description of the problem	Issue related to recall t70 continues after update and testing. Dash will properly dim if the car is turned on at night. However, if the car is on and i open my door, temporarily turn on cabin lights, or drive temporarily in bright environment (eg. Tunnel), my dash will become bright and stay bright. This has already been identified as violation of federal safety regulations with recall t70 or 17v-740
