Description of the problem	Jeep is brand new, has 1700 miles on it. Without warning, heat turns on full speed out the vents, can not turn off, turn signals do not work, rear camera and park assist disabled, 4 wheel drive inoperable, instrument cluster inoperable, radio inoperable. Out door temperature reads 3 dashes. Hazard lights inoperable. Odometer flashing. Problem will go away for 30 seconds, than comes right back. Check engine light on, blower fan and blend door codes. This happens while vehicle is in motion. Regardless of when and where. Odor of burning electrical/wires came out of vents.
