| Description of the problem | While driving on a busy street, the engine lost power and throttle control, traction control, and check engine lights came on, my vehicle then loses ability to accelerate. A couple of weeks pass by with my car being fine and then it happens again except this time my car wont start back at all. Took it to a mechanic where i paid for towing. Vehicle was limp and wanted to stall. Now have to pay for new spark plugs and throttle body replacement. Mechanic said this is a common safety hazard issue with jeeps and this throttle body needs to be on recall already. |
