Description of the problem	Rear oblique side impact behind driver side front wheel did not trigger side airbag, already fixed from previous recall. Both vehicles in motion, jeep was the vehicle struck when pickup truck driver failed to yeild right of way at the stop sign. . Resulted in a broken neck to the 87 year old jeep driver. Texas form cr3 report (which photos seem to somewhat refute) attached. Both vehicles totaled. Pickup truck lost right front wheel on impact. It ended up wedged between the vehicles.
