| Description of the problem | I am writing to make you aware that jeep is not producing a solution to recall 16v-668 in a timely manner. With such a serious problem as passenger airbag and seatbelt, the issue should be fixed by now. I conversed with jeep/mopar today and they stated there is no fix at this time. The issue was posted to the vin on october 1, 2016. If you could please investigate why this is taking so long and possibly speed the process up, that would be wonderful. We do not let our children nor anyone else ride as passengers in the car because of this problem and it is a big inconvenience. Thank you and i hope you have a wonderful day. |
