Description of the problem	I shut the hatch on my 2011 jeep compass that was sitting in my driveway and the back window shattered. I took it up to the dealership where i got it, they took pictures and submitted them to chrysler and they refused to replace and repair the window because they said there is no positive way to determine if it was a manufacture defect. *kb
