Description of the problem	Climbing out of a parking garage incline, we found ourselves going backwards rather rapidly. Fortunately, there were no cars behind us. Since then there have been many incidents although we are aware of this strange phenomenon for an automatic shift automobile and apply the brake with the left foot while accelerating with the right. Not something we should have to do.
