Description of the problem	I own a 2008 jeep compass and on 07/25/2015 the vehicle failed nys inspection because the engine craddle was rusted out. I learned that only 2007 were covered for repair so i was forced to purchase a new one. I bought one on ebay and replaced it myself. The vehicle passed inspection and passed in 2016 and 2017. On 02/15/17 i received a letter from fca us llc customer center saying that 2008-2012 model are now covered and they will make a reimbursement. I contacted ebay and paypal and they only hold records for 18 months and my back and credits cards only for 48 months. I could not find the proof of payment at home. I was able to find the cost of an oem for $507. 00 i sentl all of the paperwork and inspection to fca and they refused to reimburse me. I am only asking for chrysler to pay for the part and not my labor. I know that the labor is about $1,500. 00 to replace the engine craddle. If the craddle was not paid and replace the vehicle would never passed inspection for the last two years.
