| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2007 jeep compass. While driving 30 mph, the contact heard a noise coming from underneath the front of the vehicle. In addition, the vehicle failed to maintain position when driving. The contact had to continuously maneuver the steering wheel to keep the vehicle from veering. The vehicle was taken to a mechanic who diagnosed that both front lower control arms needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred and the vehicle was taken back to the mechanic who diagnosed that both front lower control arms needed to be replaced.
