A tsb # 23-012-14 issued 5/19/2014 extended coverage of crossmembers to unlimited mileage & 10 years. Dealer replaced front crossmember 02/2017 within coverage period but claim condition at time of rear crossmember didn't also warrant replacement despite lack of metal structure to walls of crossmember and have declined to extend repair to an obviously long existing problem of rear crossmember condition.
