Description of the problem	Upon an inspection of the underneath of my 2007 jeep compass, it was found that my front sub frame (also known as the k frame) has serious rust issues. There is actually a section on the back side of the sub frame that has rusted out (approx. 1/2 inch by 4 inch in size). After some investigating issues with this vehicle on the internet, i found that this a common problem with this vehicle and that jeep has not recalled this issue. I will be replacing the part because this is a major safety issue with this vehicle.
