Once recall announced st pete jeep said they had resolved the issue. However the dealership has a local reputation of saying the work was completed when it had not. Now i have moved to minnesota and the brakes are tightening. The bas and slippery signal is on and off. And the engine symbol is consistent on the dashboard. I feel unsafe in my vehicle and i feel the issues are related. The vehicle was towed to roseville chrysler [xxx] they are charging me $140 to review the vehicle. I just received part time work and unable to drive the possibly unsafe vehicle. Please assisting to make sure the dealership follows procedure. This could result in a loss of vehicle control and cause a crash without warning. Remedy: dealers will reprogram the abs electronic control unit. The recall began on february 19, 2007.
