Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2007 jeep compass. While driving 30 mph, the contact noticed that the engine, emergency brake, four wheel drive unavailable, and collision center indicators illuminated. The dealer (boardwalk jeep, 1 bair island rd, redwood city, ca 94063) stated that they would need to keep the vehicle for diagnostic testing. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that the technician was diagnosing the cause of the failure. The vehicle was kept from august 29, 2017 to november 4, 2017. The contact was informed that there was an electrical failure. The vehicle was repaired, but the engine indicator continued to illuminate. There were no recalls associated with the vehicle. The failure mileage was 3,000. |
