| Description of the problem | My airbag sensor light started coming off and on as i was driving in december of 2008. I took the car in to the dealer and was told the problem was fixed by the dealer. Like clockwork in the winter of 2009 and continuing until today the light is coming off and on constantly (every 3-10 miles). There is no rhyme or reason to it, i can be accelerating, decelerating, at a complete stop etc. Besides being annoying i have read that other customers have had the same problem with their jeeps. I have asked jeep customer service to replace the part at no cost to me since i am no longer under warranty but they told me they are unable to do that, and i am unable to afford the $300+ part they need to "fix" this problem once again. |
