Description of the problem	The front sub-frame (drivers side) of my daughters car broke. Thankfully she was just pulling up to a stop light leaving a college campus when it broke and not on the highway or moving fast. The piece just snapped. I see there is an issue with some of the 2007 compass where they extended the warranty but it does not apply to our vin number for some reason. This is a huge safety issue.
