Description of the problem	Parking brake doesn't work and the stability of the vehicle is not good it wobbles around turns and i'm afraid the vehicle will roll one day. This unstable condition will happen on the city highway and city streets while in motion driving. I put on the parking brake and it does not stop the vehicle because i can drive if i forgot i put it on without any problems and i'll hear the beeping go off and put my parking brake on. I feel as if one day to school my vehicle will rock unstable and cause me to wreck even though i am very careful.
