| Description of the problem | Re:front frame crossmember. These parts were inspected as ok in 2014 by dealer per the chrysler warranty extension letter about frame rot. In july 2018 rot and deterioration discovered by owner that would have been there prior to the warranty extension expiration in july 2017. The warranty extension period was too short and chrysler should have had the vehicles re-inspected for deterioration throughout the warranty period. I am wanting a fair resolution to a now dangerous situation with my vehicle. |
