| Description of the problem | 2007 jeep compass lower ball joint failure at 53,654 miles. Completely unacceptable. Took my jeep in for routine maintenance and found my drivers lower ball joint very close to separating. Not only that but the vertical lower control arm bushing was separated from the arm !! Only reason there was not damage to my vehicle or my life was i had my compass serviced early for the 60k service. |
