Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2007 jeep compass 4x4. The contact stated that the vehicle would shut off while idling and with the clutch in gear. On august 19, 2007, while driving 5 mph, the vehicle shut off. She also stated that when the vehicle was in reverse and the clutch was down, the vehicle forced itself to drive backwards.
