| Description of the problem | When fueling, the nozzle from the gas pump immediately shuts off as if the tank is full. It takes a lot of effort to fuel up without fuel splashing out and overflowing on the car and pavement. I have used different fuel stations, changed the angle of the nozzle, fueled up at different temperatures, changed the evap canister but still the problem exists. After research, i found that i am not the only jeep owner that has this problem. It is the one-way rollover valve that is located in the gastank. Also other cars made from the same manufacturer have a recall for this same perilous problem. I am writing this complaint to get a recall for my car and any other jeeps that have the same faulty one-way valve in the gas tank. |
