Description of the problem	Stalls or hesitates after filling the tank. Once gas level goes down a little the problem disappears. Faulty vapor/liquid separator valve located at the top of the fuel tank. Car stalls and steering wheel locks up. Starts back up with no problem but is dangerous if this happens on highway or in heavy traffic.
