Description of the problem	A couple nights ago i started my vehicle and the lights were dim at the dashboard. At the same time the headlights would only turn off when the vehicle was turned off, the turn signals quit working, but the hazards work though, the dome lights didn't work unless lens pushed on but not from turn signal lever and the windshield wipers quit working. This all happened at the same time. I thought maybe a cluster relay was bad. The more i look into it, it may be the tipm is faulty. In the past year i have replaced the battery twice, alternater is good and the vehicle stalled at random times.
