Description of the problem	While driving on the highway, the entire dashboard went black and the car went completely dead. This has happened 3 times since the first incident. No lights, power steering or brakes, no power windows to put my hand out to wave cars around me. Car also stalls immediately upon starting up. Also another recurring issue is the entire dashboard lighting up and flashing, total power loss--no power in gas pedal, car stops, and then suddenly kicks back in. I called the dealership and they said i must pay $99. 50 for a diagnostic test.
