Description of the problem	The latch on the 2nd row passenger side seat belt fell apart and is unusable. The latch on the 2nd row drivers side seat belt is malfunctioning. It does not always accept the seat belt and if it does, will not release without significant force making it also unusable. Not only do we have no seat belts in the 2nd row (except for small center seat) but this is also causing the airbag warning indicator to come on & off while driving.
