Description of the problem	1. I was in an accident in which my vehicle rear-ended another. Most of the front end of my vehicle will have to be replaced. The vehicle that was rear-ended is a total loss. 2. At the time of impact i was wearing my safety belt but it did not lock causing my upper body to hit the steering wheel with great force. Also none of my air bags deployed. 3. I have contacted the dealership and chrysler to make them aware of the failures. At this time, nothing has been done to correct these problems.
