| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2007 jeep commander. The vehicle began shaking and stalled when engaging the brake pedal. There were no warning lights before the shaking and stalling occurred. On two occasions the dealer diagnosed the failure and the second time they updated the computer. Twenty minutes after leaving the dealer the shaking and rattling recurred and has continued to become progressively worse. The dealer cannot diagnose the failure. The manufacturer was notified. The failure mileage was 24,200. Updated 5/14/09 *cn the consumer stated when his foot was on the accelerator, it jammed to the floor.
