Description of the problem	All light flash off and on randomly sometimes leaving the gauges and ac not working then return and leave the eas and traction control light and check engine light on. Pulling the code reveal a u1403 and u1411 code. When bumps are hit or the ac is on the lights flash and sometime wiggling the ignition switch stops the flashing other times it is random and sometime more sporadic, when the vehicle is experiencing the problem the car ignition can be shut off and the restarted sometimes it stops the trouble..
