| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2007 jeep commander. The contact stated that every time it rained the front of the vehicle became flooded. The contact took the vehicle to a glass facility to have the sun roof diagnosed and was told there were no clogs in the drain pipes that could cause the failure. The dealer had not inspected the vehicle, but the contact was concerned that the failure was caused by the seals on the doors. The contact stated the failure also caused the dome light on the interior of the door to come on after it rained and was worried about a possible electrical manufacturers defect. The vin was not available. The failure mileage was 40,000 and the current mileage was 45,000. |
