 Description of the problemTl* the contact owns a 2007 jeep commander. The contact stated that while driving 72 mph, the rear brakes seized. The vehicle was maneuvered to the shoulder and a burning odor was coming from the brakes. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer and they were unable to diagnose the failure. The contact also stated that the vehicle was taken to the authorized dealer on numerous occasions in the past for the same problem and they could not diagnose a failure. The brake pads and rotors were replaced on various occasions but the failure continued.
